A little bit about me…

From a very young age I have been drawn to depth, authentic connection, and truth.  Personal growth, connectivity and spiritual transformation are topics I spend a lot of time thinking and reading about. It is important to me to live the most authentic life I possibly can, and to be present to those I love. I believe that these interests and qualities have led me to pursue the role of a Life Coach. I’m passionate about life and living it well, not just getting by, but truly experiencing the full beauty and health we were meant to experience.

I bring over 30 years of experience in the field of education. Those years were spent in the classroom with students of all ages. I have over 15 years in adult learning as an Educational Coach and as a College Professor.

I have been married for many years and know well the joys and pains of growth and transition in various seasons of life. I have three adult children and am well versed in parenting and the difficulties of guiding and letting go of your children when the time arises.

I am trained by the Deep Coaching Institute, an advanced presence-based coaching school and leader in the field of training coaches to use the Enneagram. I am currently a faculty member For the Deep Coaching Institute which is fulfilling and meaningful to me. As a result of several additional years of Enneagram training I have obtained my certificate as an Accredited Enneagram Professional by the International Enneagram Association. I am certified by the International Coaching Federation and have obtained an Associate Certified Coach status.

Listening deeply to my clients, knowing that they feel fully seen and heard, is a value I hold extremely high.  I find great joy in exploring with others the deepest questions we dare to ask, such as: Who am I really? Why do I do the things I do? How do I change/transform? What do I want to bring to the world? What am I drawn to and what do I want to do with my one precious life?  My hope is to inspire others to courageously explore the answers to these questions and to live the fullest life possible.
