A little bit about me…
From a very young age, I have been drawn to depth, authentic connection, and truth. Personal growth, relational connection, and spiritual transformation are not only areas of study for me, but ways of being that shape how I live my life. It matters deeply to me to live with authenticity and presence, with myself and with those I love. These values naturally led me to the work of coaching.
I am passionate about life and about living it well, not simply getting by, but engaging fully with the depth, beauty, and vitality available to us.
I bring over 30 years of experience in the field of education. I hold a degree in Education as well as a Master’s degree in Educational Technology. My work has included many years in the classroom with students of all ages, more than 15 years in adult learning as an Educational Coach and College Professor, and experience as a private educational consultant in the state of California, supporting students and families in navigating meaningful learning pathways. I also served as a curriculum specialist for McGraw Hill, contributing to the development of educational materials designed to support both educators and students. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how people learn, grow, and integrate new ways of thinking, which continues to inform my work as a coach.
My coaching work is grounded in extensive training. I am trained through the Deep Coaching Institute, a leader in presence based coaching and Enneagram informed transformation, where I now serve as a faculty member. I have received advanced Enneagram training with Russ Hudson and Sandra Maitri, trained with the Narrative Enneagram, and studied object relations through the work of Belinda Gore. My approach is further informed by training in trauma aware coaching, the neuroscience of change, and somatic awareness, supporting work that honors both the mind and the body in the process of transformation. I am an Accredited Enneagram Professional through the International Enneagram Association and a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, where I hold an Associate Certified Coach credential.
In addition to my professional background, I bring the lived experience of a long term marriage and raising three children into adulthood. I understand the complexity of growth, relationship, transition, and the ongoing process of letting go and becoming.
At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to listening so that my clients feel fully seen, heard, and understood. I am drawn to the questions that live beneath the surface:
Who am I, really?
Why do I do what I do?
What does true change look like?
What is mine to bring to the world?
It is a privilege to walk alongside others as they explore these questions. My hope is to support each person in coming home to themselves and in living a life of freedom that feels deeply aligned, meaningful, and fully their own.
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
— Carl Jung
